The Christmas holidays have begun again and it has just dawned on me how much I am going to miss this part of being a student. Whilst the other students are starting to pack up and depart for their holidays, I feel like I am hunkering down for the winter and the street is becoming mine again. And as the student population depletes, I am looking forward to that moment where I no longer have to share my library corner with the likes of the Sniffers, the Habitual Coughers, the Loud Typers and especially the Noisy Chewers.
For now though my little brother has come to visit for a couple nights and is currently discussing his grand life plans (mostly involving saving £10,000 to buy a Sloth) and James seems to be enjoying the break from his revision.
I hope all your holidays start soon too.
